However, our history is made up of decades of experience from small jobs and custom homes, to project estimation and management; we've seen and been through a lot. 1st) Schedule a free estimate: we provide a transparent and easy to understand cost breakdown of each trade; we never add fees to our subcontractors and you'll clearly see what money we make. Transparency and fairness is our standard.
2nd) Pay
If you're ready to increase your home value with a team you can trust, here's what you can expect:

2nd) Pay 3% of the project total: this allows us to build the timeline and contracts for you and our subcontractors, ensuring cost, project schedule, and quality.
3rd) Design and product selections: we now offer free in-house interior design consolation. You get full access to our design specialist who will answer design questions and give recommendations.
4th) Make your scheduled payments: you've done enough, we'll take it from here. Only when the job is complete will we accept the final payment from you.
